The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that children visit an orthodontist at 7 for an orthodontic evaluation. In most cases, children aged 7 are too young to begin active orthodontic treatment. However, this is the perfect age to begin evaluating conditions and treatment options for the future. Our pediatric orthodontist can begin monitoring the growth of your child's teeth. Observation appointments can be made while your child is just making the transition from baby teeth to adult teeth.
