Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered. We accept major credit cards as well as cash and checks as payment.
To get the best possible benefit from your insurance, please bring the proper cards, forms, and referrals. Our office files insurance claims electronically so insurance companies will receive each claim within days of treatment. Typically, insurance companies cover only a portion of the cost of care. We are not responsible, nor can we guarantee, how your insurance company will handle your claim or what benefits they will pay on a claim. The patient’s parents or caregiver will be responsible for any balance not covered by insurance. Balances not covered by insurance will be billed and are due upon receipt.
